بداية الكتاب كان سلساً وسهلاً وبسيطاً للغاية رغم أهمية أفكاره وموضوعاته.
والتي هي من وجهة نظري ضخمة وليست بالسهلة وفي غاية الأهمية والتي قد تحدُث مع كُل فردٍ منّا.
وما أعجبني، هو عدم وجود كتب أخرى تحدثت عن تلك المواضيع والتي هي في غاية الأهمية سوى كتاب الهشاشة النفسية، وإن وجدَ فقلة قليلة جِدًّا..
والمميز أنه لم يُكتب بأسلوب أكاديمي لذلك كان من السهل على الجميع قراءته وهذه تعتبر ميزة على قوة الأفكار المطروحة.
ولكن هنالك ضعف في الكتاب…
اعترف أن الكتاب كان ضعيف جِدًّا من الناحية السردية وطريقة عرض الأفكار لدرجة أنني أحسست أنه عبارة عن مشاهد معينة يتم طرحها والحديث عنها بين أحد الأفراد فقط.
تم طرح وتسليط الضوء على موضوع يشغل الكثير من أبناء هذا الجيل الحالي.
□ الحالة النفسية التي يمر فيها بعضنا وهي:
◇ هوس السوشيال ميديا، هوس الطب النفسي، الإلحاد!
الفراغ العاطفي! والفراغ الوجودي، وضعف الصلة بالله، عدم التركيز وهشاشة الفكر والهشاشة النفسية، و “تقديس المشاعر رغم وهميتها وأهميتها”.
◇ العقلية التي لا تقبل الحكم عليها وتصحيح أخطاءها.
□ كل تلك المواضيع كانت قد طرحت بشكل سلس وتقديم نماذج حيّة عنها، وطريقة تفكير من وقع فيها ولكن لم يتم إعطاء طريقة لحلول تلك المشاكل بشكل بسيط ولكن اعتبر هذا متروك لك.
الكتاب رغم قلة صفحاته وسلاسة أفكاره، إلى أنه سيجعلك تعيد النظر في كل ما ذكر أعلاه من أفكار وآراء.
واقترح الكاتب عدم اللجوء إلى الطب النفسي في كثير من الأحيان لأن بعض المشاكل ستحلها الأيام. ولا داعي لذلك.
ولكن إذا استوجب ذلك، هنا يجب الذهاب لمختص من الطب النفسي ولكن ليس الكل يفعل ذلك!.
فكيف يمكننا أن نفرق بين الحالات التي تحتاج إلى طبيب نفسي وبين الحالات التي لا تحتاج إلى الطب النفسي ولا داعي لها!.
الكتاب كان إجابة على الكثير من التساؤلات الصعبة التي تدور في عقلك والتي لا تجد لها أجوبة، رغم أن الأجوبة تحتاج فقط إلى بعض التفكير الوافي.
