Description

About The Book : Much of the discussion about management is sterile verbal debate. It does not matter if management is a science or art, as the difference between science and art is a matter of definition more than it is related to substance. It does not matter that a person is born administratively, or that he acquires the administrative ability from experience, what concerns us is the final result. It does not matter if the administrative is broad or medium in culture, as the topic does not begin and ends with culture. It does not matter that the administrative is calm or nervous, allowed or fierce morals, heavy in shade or light blood, liked or hated, as all of these qualities are of interest to the person, but they do not concern the being, the administrative. It only matters when it comes to managerial leadership
